Knowledge of masonry, reinforcement, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, finishing works, and site layout. What awaits you in your daily work: * Verify execution of tasks, monitor quality, and supervise safety; * Assist in managing the construction schedule; * Read and interpret masonry, formwork, and reinforcement drawings; * Coordinate in-house and/or subcontracted labor teams; * Delegate, control, and receive services performed by in-house and/or subcontracted labor teams; * Review the entire project construction together with the Site Supervisor; * Guide proper setup of the construction site to optimize workplace organization; * Collaborate with technical staff to assess required materials and submit requisitions to the warehouse; * Instruct department personnel on correct task performance and monitor execution; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards; * Ensure teams under your supervision properly use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Prevent material waste; * Keep superiors informed about project progress; * Perform site layout tasks. 2512060202191828564
