We are seeking an **Adhesive Operator** to join our team and directly contribute to the excellence of our products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Apply double-sided tape onto cylinders; * Clean cylinders and sleeves; * Prepare cylinders according to OP instructions; * Feed machines and organize materials required for production; * Perform cliché and sleeve-cliché bonding; * Sort clichés and perform mandrel bonding for gear-type printers; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety, quality, and internal procedure standards; * Collaborate effectively with the team to foster a positive work environment. **Desired Qualifications:** * High school diploma, preferably completed; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality; * Availability to start immediately; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Printing Assistant or completion of a 3-month training program under supervision of the bonding team leader. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Compensation:** * Base Salary: R$ 3.350,17 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Payment: R$3.000,00 – R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
