Perform raw material and solid formulation weighing according to SOPs and compounding orders, ensuring adherence to tolerances and batch record documentation. Verify and record batch numbers of raw materials, capsules, and packaging used (on paper forms and in the system). Conduct and document daily balance calibration checks; report any discrepancies. Identify shortages/minimum stock levels of raw materials and ensure FEFO/PEPS compliance in inventory. Optimize workflow with the encapsulation team (anticipate weighings to keep production lines supplied). Report non-conformities related to raw materials, batches, equipment, or environment. Participate in biweekly laboratory meetings (one dynamic meeting per month). Wash and store solid-formulation glassware. Perform encapsulation and average weight testing. Label finished products.
