A compounding pharmacy with over 20 years in the market. We are located in Córrego Grande, Florianópolis. **WE OFFER:** **Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Salary: BRL 1,978.00 to BRL 2,411.68 (depending on experience).** **Transportation allowance;** **Meal voucher: BRL 500.00** **UNIMED health plan with co-payment after probation period;** **Pharmacy voucher for store products: BRL 50.00;** **Attendance bonus;** **REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Completed high school education; preferably a Technician in Pharmacy or Chemistry. Prior experience in compounding pharmacy (solids/weighing/encapsulation). Proficiency in analytical/semi-analytical balances, weighing tolerances, and capsule dosage calculations. Solid understanding of GMP/SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, PPEs, and cross-contamination prevention. Basic computer and compounding system knowledge. Maintain laboratory and equipment clean, organized, and in optimal working condition (balances, computers, weighing hoods, mixers, workbenches, and cabinets). Perform raw material and solid formulation weighing according to SOPs and compounding orders, ensuring adherence to tolerances and batch record documentation. Verify and record batch numbers of raw materials, capsules, and packaging used (on paper forms and in the system). Conduct and document daily balance calibration checks; report any discrepancies. Identify shortages/minimum stock levels of raw materials and ensure FEFO/PEPS compliance in inventory. Optimize workflow with the encapsulation team (anticipate weighings to keep production lines supplied). Report non-conformities related to raw materials, batches, equipment, or environment. Participate in biweekly laboratory meetings (one dynamic meeting per month). Wash and store solid-formulation glassware. Perform encapsulation and average weight testing. Label finished products.
