There may be potential to remain on the project afterward, subject to operational growth.** **Mission:** Ensure full visibility and transparency regarding the actual status of projects, acting as the guardian of the updated \"snapshot\" of squads through accurate data and management tools. This professional must navigate agilely between traditional model structures and the dynamics of agile frameworks. With an active, hands-on presence closely aligned with squads’ day-to-day operations, they will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, ensuring operational discipline, and proactively identifying and removing impediments—ensuring deliveries remain focused on quality and adherence to established milestones. **Required Knowledge/Requirements:** * Experience working with multidisciplinary squads. * Practical experience in hybrid environments (traditional + agile models). * Experience with Scrum and Kanban. * Proficiency in Jira, primarily for creating complex queries via JQL (advanced filters) and configuring customized metric dashboards to ensure squad indicator visibility and accurate reporting. * Knowledge of agile metrics. * Process organization and discipline, possessing a facilitative profile capable of guiding people without losing focus on method execution. * Ability to identify impediments and act to resolve or escalate them. * Interpersonal communication skills to negotiate deadlines, resolve internal issues, and clearly report project status to stakeholders across all hierarchical levels. * Analytical capability to interpret performance indicators and translate data into practical improvement actions enhancing operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Review, and Retrospective, ensuring disciplined adherence to process, objective focus, and quality. * Ensure correct updating of boards and workflows in Jira, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency of information across all levels—from epics down to tasks and subtasks. * Monitor and manage squads’ ongoing task updates, tracking demand status to ensure no item remains stagnant, unupdated, or outside the predefined workflow. * Support the team in organizing, detailing, and prioritizing the operational backlog, ensuring full clarity on what must be executed. * Act on the front line to identify, mitigate, and escalate technical or administrative blockers impacting team productivity, serving as the primary facilitator for delivery progress. * Ensure full traceability of demands, including opening and tracking internal tickets to guarantee external dependencies are resolved within agreed timelines. * Monitor squad operational performance indicators and metrics, seeking to identify bottlenecks in the delivery flow and promote continuous process improvement. **What You’ll Find Here:** * 100% remote work (anywhere office). * Performance evaluation, individual development plan, “Investing in You” Program. * Health and wellness program, health insurance, and dental insurance. * Gamified challenges and a rewards store where you can purchase products using your points. * Birthday Day Off. * Equipment/Home Office allowance. * Flexible allowance for daily expenses. * Referral Bonus Program. * Life Insurance.
