Position: Customer Success Assistant I – Ongoing This professional will be responsible for continuous (ongoing) monitoring of partners operating under the marketplace model, ensuring efficient platform usage, maximized results, and sustained engagement. Activities focus on relationship management, performance analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, and proactive guidance throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct post-onboarding monitoring of marketplace partners, ensuring continuous evolution in platform usage; * Monitor performance metrics and propose actions to increase engagement, sales, and satisfaction; * Hold periodic review meetings (QBRs, check-ins, and follow-ups); * Identify upsell, cross-sell, and platform utilization expansion opportunities; * Serve as the primary contact point between customers and internal company departments, ensuring swift issue resolution; * Map churn risks and proactively implement retention strategies; * Adopt a consultative mindset, recommending best practices and strategies to improve outcomes; * Support development of playbooks, customer success workflows, and automation. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B relationship roles; * Experience with SaaS or marketplace models (preferred); * Proficiency in CRM and account management tools; * Strong analytical ability and data-driven orientation; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields. Desired Skills: * Experience with tools such as RD Station, HubSpot, Bitrix, Salesforce, or similar; * Familiarity with customer success metrics (NPS, Churn, Activation, Lifetime Value); * Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement; * Ability to lead meetings and present results.
