Acting as a bridge between author and reader, the editor ensures that the message is delivered as clearly, attractively, and effectively as possible. The editor must make the text pedagogical, dialogic, and visually engaging for the reader. **Responsibilities:** Analysis and preparation of manuscripts (adjusting text structure; verifying whether chapter content aligns with the work plan; analyzing the author’s language; checking direct quotations; identifying confusing, ambiguous, or incomplete passages and suggesting revisions to the author); text revision; guidance to the author; analysis of figures, tables, and graphs (adding credits, references, and verifying copyright compliance); layout guidance; suggestions for incorporating pedagogical resources into the text; Trello entries; analysis of the question bank; preparation of questions and identification of issues to be raised with the author; reviewing author revisions and performing final text adjustments; supervision of external editors’ work, where applicable. **Requirements:** Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Letters.
