Take a look **Work Model:** CLT \| Remote (headquarters in Florianópolis/SC) **Your Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and maintain end\-to\-end features (front\-end, back\-end, and integrations). Translate business needs into robust technical solutions, focusing on performance, security, and observability. Define and sustain architecture (monoliths/modular/microservices), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and integration standards. Ensure quality through testing (unit, integration, e2e), code reviews, and CI/CD best practices. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to reduce incidents and improve system reliability. Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to refine technical scope, estimates, and prioritization.
