Primarily field-based role with continuous interaction with teams. **Position: Quality Inspector** **Position Description** We are seeking a professional to serve as a Quality Inspector, responsible for ensuring compliance of operational, financial, and sanitary processes across units through systematic execution of audits and monitoring of established routines. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic audits at units to ensure adherence to corporate standards and procedures; * Perform cash audits, verifying amounts (sales for the period and change fund) jointly with the operations manager, followed by formal documentation via reports and forms for administrative follow-up; * Conduct inventory audits, including counting essential operational items—such as products stored in refrigerated, frozen, and production areas—with recording and reporting of any discrepancies; * Conduct quality audits, evaluating structural conditions of units, good food handling practices, environmental and organizational hygiene, food safety, customer experience, and compliance with operational standards and internal processes; * Complete technical checklists and provide guidance to staff regarding identified non-conformities and improvement opportunities; * Conduct audits of employee housing, assessing physical infrastructure, cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and condition of furniture and essential items. **Work Schedule** * Rotational work schedule (5 days on, 2 days off); * Fixed day off on Sundays; the second weekly day off is mutually agreed upon in advance between the employee and management; * Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM; * Intra-shift break: 1 hour and 12 minutes. **Activity Organization** * Operational schedules are defined by the administrative support team; * Four mandatory audits per unit per day (cash, inventory, assured quality, and housing); * Schedule adjustments possible due to extraordinary demands, such as vacation coverage or support to other units. **Work Model** * Predominantly field-based work, with supervision or leadership from the unit during audit execution; * Continuous interface with operational teams and administrative departments to ensure alignment and compliance with corporate guidelines.
