




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Full availability of working hours; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. * Substitute pharmacists at branches during vacations, days off, or leave—including in other cities—as required; * Receive medical prescriptions and dispense medications, instructing customers on their correct use; * Complete customer service by processing payment for products/medications; * Manage inventory control and dispensing of controlled substances via medical prescriptions; * Authorize discounts on products for customers; * Resolve occasional issues related to health insurance plans, credit cards, fiscal cancellations, sales returns, and other store activities; * Supervise staff management, including monitoring work schedules and delegating tasks; * Assist in implementing and maintaining the 5S program at the branch, ensuring compliance; * Conduct cash register counts, reconciling system values with physical cash to prevent discrepancies; * Complete temperature control logs for the store, refrigerator, and psychotropic drugs room to ensure temperatures comply with sanitary surveillance regulations; * Verify batch numbers of psychotropic and antibiotic medications to confirm alignment among physical product batches, system records, and distributor invoices—requesting correction letters when necessary; * Prepare reports of incoming invoices for psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Cross-check prescription reports to verify that dispensed medications align with prescribed medical instructions, subsequently submitting the file to the National Controlled Drugs Management System (SNGPC); * Perform weekly stock balances for psychotropic and antibiotic medications, printing reports from the Back-Office System and verifying inventory accuracy against those reports; * Conduct monthly reviews of these stock balances to identify potential inventory discrepancies for medications and products; * Adjust, as needed via the system, discrepancies arising from order receipts; * Administer injectables when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense; * Perform ear-piercing procedures using appropriate instruments (e.g., piercing gun) when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense. 2512060202191849913
