Responsibilities Perform nursing and medical procedures as directed; Transport and admit patients and companions to the unit; Transport and assist in moving patients between departments; Transport patients for hospital discharge, escorting them to reception; Perform position changes (repositioning) according to scheduled routines and document them on bedside forms; Verify prescribed psychotropic medications for patients and store them in designated drawers; Provide nursing care within the scope of this position to inpatients in the assigned unit; Perform low-complexity wound dressings, informing the nurse of the procedure and documenting it in the patient's medical record; Provide support, care, and guidance to patients and their families; Prepare and escort patients for internal and external examinations, following safe transportation protocols; Observe high-complexity procedures and store OPME packaging per audit instructions; Respond to emergency situations; Perform post-mortem preparation; Identify patient risks using identification wristbands and signage, and document them in the medical record; Enter patient information into the system (nursing prescriptions and progress notes); Verify prescriptions, prepare, and administer medications; Use the electronic medical record to return unused or suspended materials and medications; Verify medications and procedures in physical medical records; Log incidents related to patient care and safety in the electronic medical record; Clean and disinfect required medical equipment per routine and after patient discharge, documenting completion in the electronic medical record; Disinfect and organize the supply room and expurgation area per instructions; Prepare preoperative patients for surgery according to institutional protocols; Review patients’ nursing histories (especially allergies and self-administered medications), reporting to the nurse when necessary to request self-administered medications; Assess patients’ clinical risks using standardized institutional identifiers (wristbands and bed signage); Receive and train newly hired technical staff assigned to the department; Ensure proper care and maintenance of available resources; Organize and replenish department/unit supplies as needed and per assignment; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic Computer Skills Hygiene and Sterilization Methods Systems Used in the Field Public Service Techniques Nursing Techniques ###### **Company** No information registered Job Code: 237
