Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support the organization and smooth operation of processes by performing cleaning, handling, and documentation activities in a pharmaceutical environment. Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing continuous growth and is looking for a Laboratory Assistant to join our team and contribute to the organization and efficiency of our processes! If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and have strong communication abilities, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleanroom cabin cleaning and weighing of pharmaceutical raw materials; * Perform cleaning and hygiene of materials and utensils; * Perform bench cleaning in classified areas; * Perform formula handling in classified areas; * Complete general documentation; * Operate and clean the compressor machine; * Operate and clean the ampoule filling machine; * Organize and conduct inventories of raw materials and various production warehouse supplies; * Enter process data into spreadsheets; * Conduct sampling for environmental and surface monitoring in the laboratory; * Develop and review laboratory-related SOPs; * Train new employees on laboratory equipment and handling procedures; Requirements: **Desirable** * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or sterilization environments; * Basic knowledge of GMP, autoclave operation, and inventory control will be considered an advantage; * Experience in pharmaceutical laboratories or production; * Experience handling liquid solutions or formulas; * Basic knowledge of sterile processes, cleaning, and production area organization; * Experience recording production data will be an advantage; * Prior exposure to injectable production or hospital compounding is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of autoclaves and material sterilization; * Knowledge of cleaning and organizing areas and utensils; * Basic understanding of inventory or stock control; * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or sterilization environments will be an advantage. **Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM** **\*30-day training period during regular business hours\*** **Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa \- Florianópolis** Benefits Merit Bonus R$120.00/month \- paid via Flash card Meal/Voucher Allowance R$30.00 per day; (No 20% deduction) Fuel Allowance R$200.00 per month or Transportation Voucher; (No 6% deduction) Unimed Health Plan, effective after the sixth month; (Monthly premium covered by the company) SESC Card (for you and your family to enjoy discounts on all SESC services across Brazil) 50% discount at Cine Paradigma (companion also receives the same discount); Work at Corporate Park, a beautiful, well-planned facility fully integrated with nature; Birthday Gift Card via Flash card for you to enjoy on your birthday; Birthday DayOff to celebrate your special day.
