Job Summary: A professional to provide strategic and operational support across all stages of the import process, from supplier prospecting to logistics tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Document analysis and logistics tracking The candidate will be responsible for supporting import operations and routines, delivering strategic and operational input throughout the entire import process—from prospecting and negotiating with international suppliers to document handling and logistics tracking. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Provide immediate support for all requests from the department head; \- Prospect internal and external suppliers and service providers; \- Negotiate with international suppliers to achieve optimal cost-benefit ratios; \- Prepare and verify documents and spreadsheets; \- Analyze import documentation; \- Obtain quotations for equipment and products overseas; \- Assist with general departmental import-related tasks; \- Request samples for quality testing; \- Track and verify follow-ups, invoices, process closures, etc.; \- Enter and update import orders in the system; \- Calculate estimated import costs; \- Follow up with overseas suppliers for product warranty returns. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a higher education or technical program in International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Strong willingness to learn and work; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel); \- Intermediate English (strong reading and writing skills); \- Organized and detail-oriented. **Benefits:** \- Meal Voucher; \- Commuting allowance or transportation voucher (VT); \- On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and daily fruit; \- Health insurance (after 90 days); \- Dental insurance (after 90 days); \- Pet health insurance (after 90 days); \- Pharmacy benefits (after 90 days); \- Partnerships with educational institutions; \- Gym membership benefits; \- Birthday Day Off.
