Our commitment is to technical excellence, transparency at all stages, and strict adherence to deadlines and current regulations. **Responsibilities:** Manage field teams for installation and maintenance projects; Schedule installations with residents; Organize pre-project inspections; Direct communication with project stakeholders (building managers and residents); Assist with meter registration and system configuration; Provide customer support and respond to customer inquiries regarding installations; Assist in procurement/separation of parts for construction works; Produce technical documentation and informational materials; Conduct alignment meetings with the sales department; Assist in training the installation team; Be on standby for hydraulic emergencies at customer sites; Verify proper equipment operation in the field and use of PPE; Manage quality assurance for delivered projects; Monitor field installations when necessary; Assist in organizing construction works and inventory of parts and materials; Define technical solutions for non-standard installations; Conduct project completion meetings and track tools and materials used; Assist in managing maintenance of active systems; Produce construction reports and post-construction follow-up; Evaluate total construction costs (parts, labor, materials, damages if any); Develop and implement procedural and process improvements focused on installations; Research training courses for field team capacity building; Willingness to travel within Paraná (PR), Santa Catarina (SC), and Rio Grande do Sul (RS) states. **Essential Qualifications:** Organization and planning skills Proactive problem-solving attitude Strong written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in team management Experience in project execution Knowledge of hydraulic installations **Job Details:** Salary: R$2.800,00 (the company has a Position and Salary Plan).
