What will you do here? Develop creative, strategic, and persuasive copy for various channels: ads (Facebook and TikTok), pages/landing pages, digital campaigns, emails, and social media. Create sales page copy. Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign and asset development. Draft scripts and briefs for content creators and video teams. Collaborate closely with design, strategy, traffic, and editing teams on integrated campaigns. Work directly with videomakers, designers, and marketing professionals. Ensure consistent tone, voice, and language across all brand touchpoints. Review, refine, and optimize content based on metrics, A/B tests, and performance feedback. **Requirements we seek:** Experience in copywriting (ads, landing pages, scripts). Familiarity with social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram). Proficiency in persuasive writing and performance-oriented narrative construction. Ability to conduct research and analysis before writing copy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Ability to leverage storytelling to boost sales. Excellent command of Brazilian Portuguese, with clear, creative, and error-free writing. **Nice-to-haves:** Experience directing editors/videomakers. Intermediate English proficiency. Basic understanding of sales funnels and consumer behavior. Fundamental knowledge of paid traffic metrics. Experience with A/B testing. Familiarity with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
