Contribute to monthly closing (trial balance and income statement), audit support, and continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls, ensuring balance integrity and compliance with applicable accounting standards (CPC/IFRS), excluding tax-related tasks. Responsibilities Classify accounting documents and events in the ERP system (e.g., TASY), according to the chart of accounts and cost centers. Prepare accrual entries, provisions, appropriations, allocations, and accounting reclassifications. Perform accounting reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts (banks, customers, suppliers, advances, recoverable/payable taxes, temporary balances), investigating and resolving discrepancies. Manage fixed assets (registration, activations/disposals, depreciation) and reconcile with inventories and the general ledger. Ensure integrity between the general ledger and submodules by performing only accounting reconciliation of balances. Maintain and suggest improvements to the chart of accounts and internal accounting controls. Support internal/external audits by extracting reports, documents, and providing technical accounting clarifications. Assist in preparing managerial accounting reports (Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Income Statement).
