A professional to assist with administrative and occupational safety tasks, ensuring organization and support for employees.

**Responsibilities**
* Respond to employee requests
* Organize and archive documents received by the department;
* Receive medical certificates;
* Assist in delivering PPEs to employees, including placing orders in the Tasy system, updating inventory records, and logging entries in the employee's individual PPE record;
* Support departmental endomarketing activities (promoting initiatives, posting CI notices, posting posters on bulletin boards);
* Initiate ROs (Reports of Findings) for audits conducted by TST.
* Print and organize onboarding “Welcome” documents for SESMT hires;
* Tabulate mask distribution across departments and log entries in employees' PPE records.
* Manage lockers provided to employees, tracking users, key quantities, borrowed keys, returned keys, and other related needs.
* Categorize Santa Luzia, Sabin, and Clínica Imagem billing lab examinations.
* Track and record employee vaccinations in the vaccination control spreadsheet.
* Schedule occupational medicine appointments in the SOC system.
* Periodically verify employee positions and departments against the Senior system.
* Record average glove quantities per employee in PPE records.
* Maintain updated lists and posters of fire brigade members, continuously monitoring departures and updating the active personnel spreadsheet and corresponding posters.
* Monitor terminated employees in the schedule and update their PPE records accordingly, providing them to the occupational physician on the termination date.
* Conduct inventory counts every 15 days and keep inventory figures up to date.
* Keep PPE and uniform records updated in the respective department folders, and manage uniform recovery procedures.
* Print employee examination reports from the respective laboratory or clinic portals.
* Maintain sufficient copies of occupational medicine folder documents.
* Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned.
**Requirements:**
* Completed High School education;
* Occupational Safety Technician certification with experience;
* Strong communication and teamwork skills;
* Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) and Canva is preferred.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Salary: R$3.000,00 \- R$4.065,00 per month
