Organization and attention to detail ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of common areas in a **RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM**, ensuring clean, safe, and suitable environments for residents, visitors, and staff, in compliance with company procedures, routines, and operational standards. Works in an organized and responsible manner, performing tasks according to defined checklists, correctly using cleaning products, equipment, and PPE, contributing to the condominium’s positive appearance and customer satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:** Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external common areas; Carry out proper collection, separation, and disposal of waste; Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies as needed; Ensure appropriate use of equipment, materials, and PPE; Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning routines; Report any irregularities, damages, or maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor; Maintain professional and courteous conduct in the condominium environment. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** The candidate must demonstrate ethical behavior, appropriate conduct within the condominium environment, and commitment to service quality, acting in accordance with company regulations, routines, and operational standards. **Behavioral competencies:** Organization and attention to detail; Responsibility and commitment to schedules and routines; Discipline in following procedures and instructions; Professional and respectful conduct toward residents, visitors, and team members; Discretion and sound judgment in the workplace; Proactivity within the scope of the role. **Technical competencies:** Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques; Ability to correctly use cleaning products and equipment; Attention to safety regulations and mandatory use of PPE; Ability to perform routines according to established checklists. **Desirable qualifications:** Previous experience in this role or similar activities; Experience in residential or commercial condominiums (a plus); Availability to work varied shifts and hours, as required by the position.
