Identify issues and propose corrective actions through training ### **About the Role** The **Digital Operations Assistant / Sales Ops** will be responsible for ensuring that the company's digital systems, processes, and tools are correctly used by all employees, promoting operational efficiency, standardization, data quality, and continuous improvement. This professional will act as a bridge between technology, operations, and users, conducting onboarding, training, support, and process validation, ensuring the company operates digitally, systematically, and data-driven. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Conduct onboarding and training for brokers, managers, administrative teams, and new franchisees. * Teach and ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures. * Provide operational support and clarify questions regarding systems and platforms. * Analyze data and reports to validate proper process execution. * Identify issues, deviations, and operational bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions through training. * Test new system functionalities, evaluating usability and efficiency. * Provide structured feedback to the technology team regarding necessary improvements. * Create and disseminate announcements about changes, new systems, and projects. * Act as a liaison between users and the technology team. * Promote conscious and efficient use of digital platforms. * Conduct in-person visits to units for training, support, and feedback collection. * Develop and maintain training materials (videos, manuals, quick guides, and SOPs).
