Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Senior Architect to develop residential, commercial, and industrial projects—from concept through execution. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and learning with the team We are looking for a **Senior Architect** to join our team and contribute to the development of residential, commercial, industrial, and other types of projects—participating in all phases, from concept to execution. We seek someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow alongside the team! **Responsibilities:** * Support architectural design development across various scales and typologies (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, etc.); * Preparation of floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and 3D modeling; * Support coordination and integration of architectural designs with other disciplines; * Collaborate on preparing client and public agency presentations; * Monitor municipal and regulatory approval processes, as required; * Assist in construction coordination, site visits, and field data collection. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Prior experience (internship or employment) in an architecture or engineering firm; * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp; * Knowledge of rendering and graphic presentation is desirable; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity for teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with BIM; * Experience with industrial or commercial projects; * Familiarity with urban planning regulations ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Operations
