If you are passionate about standards, compliance, and continuous improvement, and wish to work in a collaborative environment that values operational excellence, this opportunity is for you! **Role Mission** Ensure compliance, standardization, and improvement of internal and external processes, promoting a quality culture across the entire organization. Proactively prevent non-conformities, continuously improve processes, and maintain quality certifications and programs, ensuring sustainable results aligned with applicable standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** · Develop, review, and standardize quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring process compliance and standardization. · Monitor and analyze internal processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. · Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015\) and applicable regulations. · Record, investigate, and analyze root causes of non-conformities, proposing and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. · Collaborate on continuous improvement projects, applying methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, PDCA, and FMEA to optimize processes and reduce waste. · Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality, preparing management reports and performance analyses. · Deliver training and guidance to raise team awareness of quality best practices, standards, and procedures. · Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation, ensuring external inputs and services meet the company’s quality standards. · Support the development of new products and processes, ensuring quality requirements are addressed from initial phases. · Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), linked to ISO 9001:2015 certification, overseeing maintenance and compliance activities across involved departments. · Monitor quality assurance processes for internally manufactured or third-party products, interacting with internal teams and domestic and international suppliers. · Plan and conduct management review meetings with relevant departments, ensuring the effectiveness of implemented actions. · Implement and monitor quality programs, such as 5S, fostering a culture of discipline and organization in the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** · Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Quality Management, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. · Practical knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015\. · Experience implementing quality programs. · Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, FMEA, MASP, and statistics). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Why Join Us?** Real Impact: Have the opportunity to make a difference by driving significant improvements in company processes.
