




Job Summary: Responsible for initial activities in the poultry production process, including cutting, slaughtering, trimming, and deboning, as well as feeding production lines, assembling packaging, and sharpening knives. Focus on safety, organization, and work quality **Job Objective:** Responsible for initial production process activities, potentially engaging in tasks of low-to-medium complexity within the poultry cutting, slaughtering, trimming, and deboning production areas. **Job Responsibilities:** Feeding / supplying production lines; Feeding machines and sorting materials; Manually and/or mechanically assembling packaging, stamping and affixing labels to packaging and pallets, palletizing products, positioning them into the plastic wrapping machine, and stretch-wrapping pallets; Receiving knives from the cutting room, assessing whether sharpening is required, sharpening knives according to established standards and procedures, maintaining organization, and controlling usage of cutting-room tools — knives, honing steels, steel gloves, and trays; Performing duties in accordance with departmental and occupational safety standards and procedures, ensuring service quality; Performing duties in a manner that does not jeopardize one’s own safety or that of other team members, nor compromise company assets; Supporting sector cleaning and organization, adhering to good manufacturing practices and quality standards; Restocking materials; Following instructions from the area supervisor; Using personal protective equipment correctly. **Requirements:** Education: High school diploma (Secondary education) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.700,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in? * Are you available to work the second shift?
