




Job Summary: Responsible for initial activities in the poultry production process within cutting, slaughter, trimming, and deboning areas, including feeding production lines and machines, assembling packaging, and organizing tools. Focus on safety and good manufacturing practices **Purpose of the Role:** Responsible for initial production process activities, potentially engaging in tasks of low to medium complexity within poultry cutting, slaughter, trimming, and deboning production areas. **Job Responsibilities:** Feeding / supplying production lines; Feeding machines and sorting materials; Manually and/or mechanically assembling packaging, stamping and affixing labels onto packages and pallets, palletizing products, positioning them into the plastic wrapping machine, and strapping pallets; Receiving knives from the cutting room, assessing whether sharpening is required, performing knife sharpening according to established standards and procedures, maintaining organization and controlling usage of cutting room tools — knives, sharpening steels, steel gloves, and trays; Performing tasks in accordance with departmental and occupational safety standards and procedures, ensuring service quality; Conducting tasks in a manner that does not endanger one’s own safety or that of other team members, nor compromise company property; Supporting cleaning and organization of the work area, adhering to good manufacturing practices and quality standards; Restocking materials; Following instructions from the area supervisor; Using personal protective equipment correctly. **Requirements:** Education: High school diploma (Secondary education) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in? * Are you available to work the second shift?
