We are looking for a results-oriented and organized **PCP Analyst** to ensure the efficiency of Presto's production processes. **Mission:** Will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production execution, ensuring on-time delivery and process efficiency. Will analyze procurement needs based on inventory levels and demand forecasts, developing and updating production schedules. Will perform data analysis and develop performance indicators, collaborating closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to optimize resources and achieve established targets. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets. * Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams. * Ensure reliability of planning and control information. * Implement corrective actions and improvements in PCP processes. * Generate production orders. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Completed or currently pursuing (final semesters) a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of ERP/MR and/or OEE/Lead Time; * Experience in inventory management is a plus; PowerBI knowledge is a plus. * **Benefits** * Hazardous duty allowance Attendance bonus VA/VR: R$ 25.00 per workday PLR: Profit and Results Sharing Mobility assistance or transportation voucher Partnership with Pratique Gym Telemedicine services AEMFLO Health Plan Fresh fruit available every Thursday Commemorative gifts June Festival and Year-End Party Work Location: R.
