Support the Operations Manager in strategic decisions If you are a **natural leader** who enjoys challenges, this opportunity is for you! **Job Mission** Coordinate the operations team to ensure productivity, quality, and excellence in task execution, always aligned with the company’s strategic planning. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Plan and control logistics activities (movement, storage, and administrative processes of the unit); Lead, develop, and engage teams; Monitor absenteeism, turnover, and staff reassignment; Support the Operations Manager in strategic decisions; Ensure high-quality customer service with appropriate logistics costs; Develop internal procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with standards and legislation. **What we are looking for:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields (a postgraduate degree is a plus); * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role; * Knowledge of integrated logistics, team management, Microsoft Office Suite, and process improvement tools; * Communicative, proactive profile, with focus on results and the customer. **Benefits we offer:** Meal Allowance of R$ 33.00/day (no payroll deduction); Transportation Allowance **or** Fuel Allowance (cost-of-living subsidy); Health Insurance (no payroll deduction); Dental Assistance (basic plan, no payroll deduction); Life Insurance (no payroll deduction); Birthday leave; Internal training and development programs; WellHub — formerly Gympass. **Work Location:** SÃO JOSÉ — SC **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Liked this job?
