This position targets candidates with experience in inventory management, shipping, receiving, and public-facing customer service, who demonstrate a proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. Main Responsibilities: * Perform inventory, shipping, and receiving control of goods. * Carry out data entry and recordkeeping in ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Prepare reports and controls using intermediate-level Excel. * Support public-facing customer service, ensuring effective communication and professional conduct. * Collaborate with the team to ensure organization, agility, and timely delivery. * Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes. Requirements: * Proven experience in logistics, especially in inventory, shipping, and receiving. * Experience in public-facing customer service (e.g., cashier, bakery, or similar roles). * Availability for intermittent work schedule. * Completed high school education. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
