**Join Our Team – Loading/Unloading Assistant** The Loading/Unloading Assistant is responsible for assisting in the handling, organization, and verification of goods, ensuring efficiency, safety, and care throughout the entire logistics process. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in **loading and unloading** trucks, vans, or other vehicles. * Sort, organize, and move products within the warehouse or shipping area. * Use hand carts, pallet jacks, or other manual equipment as needed. * Verify quantities and conditions of goods, reporting damages. * Assist in proper product storage according to logistics team instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. * Comply with **safety** regulations, use of PPE, and operational procedures. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Good physical fitness for tasks involving physical effort and constant movement. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or loading/unloading. **Behavioral Competencies** * Punctuality and commitment. * Agility and attention to detail. * Proactivity and effective communication. * Physical and emotional resilience.
