Job Summary: At Intech Boating – Sessa Marine, a leading company in high-standard nautical manufacturing, we are seeking a Fiber Laminator to perform fiberglass lamination, resin application, and structural material support. Located in Palhoça/SC, in the Pedra Branca neighborhood, the company stands out for its innovation, quality, and commitment to customers and employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform fiberglass part lamination according to established procedures; * Prepare and catalyze resin, applying\-it onto fiberglass layers according to technical specifications; * Produce fiberglass putty according to the defined process; * Assist in applying structural materials onto parts; * Perform part rolling using a metal roller, ensuring finishing quality; * Assist in controlling sector input inventory, such as thinner, alcohol, catalysts, etc.; * Support material requisition and verification with the warehouse; * Assist the Laminator II in controlling and organizing sector tools; * Ensure individual and collective safety by correctly using personal protective equipment; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of tools, equipment, vessels, and work area; * Attend department meetings when requested; * Comply with company policies and procedures; * Participate in internal and/or external training sessions when required. **Requirements:** * Elementary education * Relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the nautical industry * Additional courses or certifications **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (Unimed) * Dental assistance * Food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
