Key responsibilities include: * Receiving goods from the factory and storing them in the warehouse; * Picking parts and products and delivering them to workshop staff; * Entering invoices into the system; * Receiving products and organizing spreadsheets; * Handling telephone inquiries from customers; * Dispensing bulk oil for mechanics using a manual pump; * Selling parts to external workshops and stores; * Delivering goods to customers; * Assisting with parts sales at the counter; * Maintaining an organized workplace.
