E\-Commerce Assistant – Siri Som About the Role: We are seeking an organized, agile, and highly productivity-oriented E\-Commerce Assistant. You will play a strategic role in our daily digital operations, ensuring customers enjoy the best possible shopping experience—from the moment they access our website (sirisom.com.br) to receiving their order. Key Responsibilities: * Catalog Management: Product listing, review, and updates on the website (titles, detailed descriptions, photos, and prices). * Order Operations: Assisting with sales processing, invoicing, order picking, and logistics tracking. * Customer Support: Prompt customer support via WhatsApp, e\-mail, and social media—supporting sales conversion and resolving inquiries. * Inventory Control: Assisting with updating and synchronizing the virtual store’s inventory. * Continuous Improvement: Helping identify operational bottlenecks and implementing processes to enhance departmental efficiency. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): * Completed high school education (enrollment in a bachelor’s program in Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields is a plus). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (flawless spelling is essential). * Familiarity with technology, digital tools, and the internet. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive personality. * Willingness to participate in training, learn new tools, and adapt to new processes. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): * Prior experience working with E\-Commerce, marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Shopee), or online customer service. * Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and management systems (ERPs).
