In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: Carry out teaching activities, fostering the teaching-learning process, developing and implementing educational planning aligned with RMC guidelines, institutional principles and values, thereby enabling students' holistic development. "Develop Teaching Plans, proposing activities aligned with the educational and pastoral objectives outlined in RMC references and the principles of the Marist Educational Project. Conduct planned pedagogical activities, mediating, guiding, and monitoring to promote students' holistic development; Design pedagogical activities according to segment coordinator guidance, ensuring personalized student support. Propose and implement differentiated activities—aligned with pedagogical objectives—to recover learning gaps and foster individual student development. Participate in pedagogical meetings and training sessions organized by the school or the Marist Network of Schools.
