Job Summary: Work on technical utility management, developing analyses, reports, and providing direct customer support to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Technical management of utilities and process analysis for continuous optimization. 2. Development of reports and technical support to customers. 3. Management of reading equipment and consumption monitoring. **MEDEAGE specializes in the technical management of utilities (water, gas, and energy)** for residential and commercial condominiums, industrial facilities, and sanitation companies, through analysis of each client’s processes and procedures, remote reading of measurement equipment to diagnose the current situation, and continuous proposal of improvements—aiming to streamline and enhance management routines while generating financial savings and reducing resource consumption. **Responsibilities:** Perform technical customer management related to reports and analyses; Develop and send monthly reports; Register and configure meters in the system; Respond to customer inquiries and provide support; Conduct technical meetings with customers; Develop meter verification / calibration reports; Create monthly reading routes; Conduct consumption monitoring studies for active customers; Manage reading equipment and deliver it to meter readers; Send welcome emails and WhatsApp messages to new customers; Contact solution providers’ support teams to open tickets and register new customers; Asset management and constant field verification of proper equipment operation; Resolve field issues and re-register equipment; Provide support to the direct manager to ensure smooth execution of technical department activities. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Civil or Sanitary Engineering; Driver's License A/B **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; Total Pass – Gym Membership Plan; Vittude – Online Therapy; Day Off – Birthday Leave; Life Insurance. **Additional Information:** **Location:** Pedra Branca / Palhoça-SC; **Working Hours:** 30 hours per week; **Stipend:** R$1.300,00. ### **Employment Type:** Internship ### **Department:** Engineering
