Job Summary: A professional to plan, control, and optimize production processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and material management in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Innovative industrial and technological environment **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform production planning; * Issue production orders; * Generate and verify purchasing requirements; * Request separation of production orders; * Monitor material receipt and shortages on the production line; * Enter production indicator data; * Assist in improving manufacturing processes and documentation; * Other related duties. **Minimum Qualification:** Technical course, technology degree, or bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Production Engineering, Administration, Automation, Logistics, or Processes. **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in production/PCP. **Desired Knowledge:** * Knowledge related to production planning and control; * Knowledge or experience in warehouse operations and/or Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, procurement logistics, and receiving processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and internet research. * Affinity with industrial and/or technology environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing and technology environments. * Experience with ERP systems. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary \+ benefits with no payroll deductions: VT or Fuel Allowance (R$ 15.00 per day), Meal Allowance (R$ 30.00 per day) * Opportunities for personal and professional development; * Opportunity to deliver innovative products for brands such as Volvo, Whirlpool, Tramontina, among others; * Dental insurance (Uniodonto), life insurance, pharmacy discount program. * Acate Association agreement * On-site lunch facility * Rest room * Unlimited coffee/tea Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.300,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed higher education (preferred) Experience: * Production scheduling and control (mandatory) * ERP system (mandatory) * Industrial production processes (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
