We’re looking for a **young, connected, and eager-to-learn individual** to manage our **Podcast Studio**, supporting operations, recording, editing, and live broadcasting of our programs and content. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do** Support the **setup and operation of the podcast console** (audio, cameras, lighting, and sound); Monitor **recordings and live broadcasts**; Perform cuts, adjustments, and **audio and video editing**; Organize recorded files and content; Support the **creation of social media clips** and behind-the-scenes studio content. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For In You** Genuine interest in **growing within audio, video, and communications production**; Eagerness to learn about **recording, editing, and studio operations**; Organization and reliability regarding schedules and commitments; A creative eye and **energy to thrive in a fast-moving company**.
