You’ll work side-by-side with the Product Owner (P.O.), ensuring everything runs like clockwork—no bottlenecks, no noise, no drama. **Your Mission** Provide operational and administrative support to the Projects team, maintaining DG-standard delivery flow: organized, agile, and delivering real results. Your role is to free up the P.O.'s time, ensure process compliance, and serve as the operational backbone so projects never stall. **What You’ll Do** * Support the P.O. in tracking project schedules and deadlines. * Organize communications and follow\-ups with clients. * Update tasks, dashboards, and reports in tools such as ClickUp and spreadsheets. * Maintain organized documentation and processes for the team. * Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions before they become problems. **What We Expect From You** * Familiarity with project management methodologies (agile or hybrid). * Ability to organize schedules and deliverables. * Proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp, and spreadsheets. * Knowledge of E\-commerce and Marketplaces is a plus. **Standout Qualifications** * Experience working at digital agencies or consulting firms. * Experience managing e\-commerce and marketplace projects. * Familiarity with ClickUp, Spreadsheets, Notion, or similar tools. **This role isn’t for you if…** * You expect someone to tell you what to do all the time. * You complain more than you solve. * You shy away from direct feedback. * You prefer predictable routines over a fast-paced growth environment. **About DG:** We’re specialists in **digital marketing**, **e\-commerce**, and **marketplaces**, offering performance consulting and management for brands aiming to scale.
