Job Summary: Responsible for data collection, structuring, and review, ensuring data integrity and quality across databases, and building dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making. We possess extensive experience in occupational medicine and offer our clients a suite of solutions focused on improving workers' health conditions. **You will work alongside our Technology team:** ** Collect, structure, and review internal data. • Ensure integrity, quality, and standardization of databases used by the department. • Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports. • Create dashboards for analyses supporting decisions related to revenue, churn, commercial KPIs, customer performance, and expansion potential. • Contribute to consolidating pipeline KPIs, renewals, forecasts, and customer portfolio behavior. • Support recurring monthly/quarterly analyses to evaluate results and performance indicators. • Maintain documentation and versioning of data, queries, and reports. • Follow established standards and methodologies for KPIs, metrics, and nomenclature. • Collaborate with RevOps teams from Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to deliver business-aligned information. **We expect you to have the following skills and attitudes:** Proficiency in dashboard platforms such as Dash, Looker, Grafana, or similar. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (data processing, formulas, pivot tables, charts). • Basic SQL knowledge for queries and simple data modeling. • Ability to structure databases and operational data sources. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting business metrics, operational KPIs, and revenue indicators. • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices for versioning/documentation. • Skill in consolidating data from multiple sources and validating consistency. • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or a related field. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Experience in administrative roles. **Discover the benefits of joining our team:** **Meal allowance:** R$22.00 per working day (no payroll deduction); **DENTALUNI:** Dental plan with no monthly fee, no co-payment, and no waiting period after completion of the probationary period; **SIDESC Health Card:** Health card offering discounts on medical consultations and clinical exams, with no monthly fee, no co-payment, and no waiting period after completion of the probationary period; **Mihmo App:** Free access to our team of psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, nurses, and family physicians; Partnership with higher education institutions; Parking; Transportation voucher (6% payroll deduction); Fresh fruit program; No dress code; Rest room; Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00
