Consistent track record of meeting targets Description: To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: * Proven experience as a BDR. * A consistent track record of meeting targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline generated). * Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in HubSpot CRM usage. * Ability to conduct discovery calls and understand customer pain points and needs. * Prior experience selling B2B products or services, especially SaaS. Bonus qualifications include: * Experience in Retail. In this role, you will: * Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers in target markets. * Use multichannel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) with structured and personalized cadences; create and validate strategic lead lists based on ICPs and priority segments. * Nurture leads with strategic and personalized follow-ups. * Provide continuous feedback to marketing and product teams regarding objections, demands, and lead fit. * Operate CRMs and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.). * Manage the pipeline accurately, updating contacts, statuses, and notes diligently. * Create and refine cadences, scripts, and templates focused on conversion. 2512250202491934821
