Here, you will have opportunities to learn, propose improvements, and advance your commercial career. * Provide administrative and operational support to sales consultants. * Update CRM and spreadsheets with customer and opportunity data. * Contact leads (phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail) for qualification and follow\-up. * Schedule meetings and manage consultants’ calendars. * Issue commercial proposals and track responses. * Support preparation of sales presentations and materials. * Collaborate with marketing and post\-sales teams as needed. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in commercial areas, customer service, or inside sales. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clarity and empathy. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline in recording information. * Proficiency in basic office tools (spreadsheets, e\-mail, calendar). * Comfort working with targets and follow\-up routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, or similar). * Experience in B2B or consultative sales teams. * Familiarity with sales funnels, pre\-sales (SDR), or inside sales. * Aptitude for digital tools and commercial automation.
