Collaboration and team spirit Our client is the largest sports brand management company in the country and is seeking a Salesperson. **Description:** Serve customers with courtesy, availability, and genuine attention, identifying their needs, understanding their purchase intent, and guiding them through the entire sales experience to completion; Work goal-oriented, fulfilling daily objectives to ensure achievement of the monthly target set by Management; Receive, record, and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and observations regarding service, products, and in-store experience to Management; Continuously monitor the sales area, identify product shortages, and request restocking from Management to ensure customers find what they are looking for; Collaborate to maintain an organized, complete, and store-standard-aligned merchandise assortment, helping ensure a positive customer experience and coherent brand positioning; Keep the section under your responsibility always clean, organized, and up-to-date with stock replenishment, ensuring easy product visibility and customer access; Support the stock clerk when necessary, contributing to efficient product flow between stockroom and sales floor. **Requirements:** Completed High School; Customer service affinity, clear communication, courtesy, and consultative attitude; Focus on results and goals, with discipline to meet daily and monthly objectives; Proactivity and initiative, anticipating customer and store needs; Agility and dynamism, keeping pace with store operations and ensuring prompt service; Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring positive and delightful experiences; Collaboration and team spirit; Flexibility to support stock operations whenever needed. **Benefits:** Chartered transportation; Meal allowance; Meal voucher; Wellhub; Life insurance; Health and dental plan with co-payment; 35% discount on store-branded products; Commission. **Working Hours:** 6-day workweek with 1 day off; works 2 Sundays and has 1 Sunday off **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Alto Perequê **City:** Porto Belo **State:** Santa Catarina
