Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining and organizing the lubrication area, including oil and filter changes, and supporting customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Support in customer service and operational assistance. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform oil, filter, and lubricant replacements according to vehicle manufacturer specifications; * Daily verification of the service schedule and inventory levels of products in the lubrication area; * Offer complementary products and services to customers when necessary; * Maintain a clean, organized work area aligned with company standards; * Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of equipment used in operations; * Properly segregate and dispose of waste and packaging materials in compliance with environmental regulations; * Use applications and support systems to identify vehicle models and correctly specify oils and filters; * Perform cleaning and drainage of sumps, pumps, and gutters in the lubrication area; * Support customer service and assist fuel station attendants when required; * Participate in operational meetings and technical and safety training sessions; * Follow the daily opening and closing checklist for the lubrication area. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Mathematics, Portuguese, and Computer Science; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role or in activities related to automotive lubrication; * Knowledge of oil, filter, and lubricant replacement; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with workplace safety and handling of chemical products. #### **Benefits Offered:** * **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance** amounting to R$ 196.00 * **Meal Allowance** of R$ 300.00 per month * Life Insurance * Training and development programs for our employees **After completion of the probationary period, we additionally provide:** * **Conexa Telemedicine Health Assistance** (free of charge), including: • 1 monthly consultation with a nutritionist • 1 monthly consultation with a specialist • 2 monthly consultations with a psychologist • Unlimited emergency consultations (benefit also valid for dependents) * **GoGood**: Well-being Program — Access to gyms at significant discounts, free health services, and comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and dependents. * **SESC Membership Card**: Discounts on cultural and sports events, affordable accommodations, courses, gyms, and health services.
