Opportunity for development and growth within an expanding operation **Kitchen Assistant 12x36** **Position:** Kitchen Assistant **Location:** Southern Island — Florianópolis/SC **Schedule:** 12x36 **Working Hours:** Approximately **06:30 AM to 7:30 PM**, subject to variation depending on the operational unit **Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance of R$ 300.00 \+ bonus of up to R$ 400.00 \+ transportation voucher or fuel allowance, as needed **About the Role:** We seek a candidate to work in the kitchen and support daily store production, emphasizing organization, agility, and consistency. As we operate multiple units, assignments may vary according to operational needs. Beyond kitchen duties, we expect a collaborative individual capable of assisting in other store areas, including beverages and customer service when required. **Main Responsibilities:** Pre-preparation, food production, product assembly, kitchen organization, restocking of supplies, cleanliness control, and overall operational support. May also assist with beverages, customer service, and store opening/closing as team needs dictate. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** Practical, organized, with a sense of urgency and responsibility; understands the dynamics of an integrated operation and is willing to perform various tasks with quality and pace. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in kitchens, food production, cafeterias, or food service operations.
