If you excel at automated journeys, intelligent segmentation, and data-driven campaigns, this opportunity may be for you. **Key Challenges:** * Building and optimizing multichannel customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Managing email, push, and CRM automation campaigns * Audience segmentation and database administration * Strategic involvement in the AJFans loyalty program * Supporting CRM operations across the group's shopping centers * Managing SLAs and workflows via Salesforce Service Cloud **Requirements:** * Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Audience Builder) * Salesforce Service Cloud * SQL, HTML, and CSS * Experience with automation, segmentation, and data management **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with loyalty programs * AMPscript * Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications * Experience in multi-unit operations, retail chains, or shopping centers We seek an organized, analytical, collaborative professional with strong results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
