Organization and compliance with safety regulations * GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT Contract: Luggage Cart Handling – Florianópolis Airport Shift: 12x36 (day or night) Minimum age: 18 years Education: Completed elementary school Required:\n- Availability for weekends and holidays\n- Good physical condition (constant movement of carts)\n- Punctuality, attendance, and responsibility\n- Good communication and professional demeanor when interacting with the public and coworkers\n- Organization and compliance with safety regulations\n- Agility, proactivity, and teamwork\n * RESPONSIBILITIES:\n- Collect, organize, and distribute luggage carts at strategic locations\n- Move carts safely and efficiently\n- Conduct rounds to verify cart availability\n- Report incidents to supervisors\n- Support other operational needs as required BEHAVIORAL PROFILE:\n- Responsible, attentive, and safety-conscious\n- Agile, proactive, and collaborative\n- Discreet, courteous, and well-groomed * SKILLS / SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES / PROFILE Desired experiences (non-eliminatory):\n- Prior experience in operational services, general services, or public service\n- Experience in physically demanding tasks and constant movement\n- Experience in space organization or light cargo handling (preferred) * Technical and Behavioral Skills:\n- Good physical stamina (pushing carts, extended walking, prolonged standing)\n- Punctuality, attendance, and commitment to the 12x36 shift schedule\n- Effective communication and professional conduct when assisting passengers\n- Agility, proactivity, and initiative in daily tasks\n- Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to internal procedures\n- Commitment to occupational safety standards and airport regulations\n- Collaboration and positive relationships with team members and supervisors\n- Discretion, courtesy, and politeness when interacting with the public\n- Appropriate personal appearance and proper uniform care Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.650,00 \- R$1\.853,75 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
