We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive **Financial Assistant** to join our team. This professional will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial and administrative routines, ensuring control and accuracy of information. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Support financial routines**, including expense entries, accounts payable and receivable control, issuance of fiscal documents, cash reconciliation, and cost control; * **Maintain organization** of financial records, files, and spreadsheets, facilitating access to and analysis of information; * **Communicate clearly** with other company departments, suppliers, and customers, conveying financial information accurately and objectively; * **Manage time efficiently**, prioritizing tasks and meeting established deadlines; * **Identify and resolve financial issues**, such as entry discrepancies and improper charges; * **Collaborate with other departments**, such as HR, Procurement, and Sales, contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes; * **Uphold professional ethics**, preserving confidentiality and integrity of financial information; * **Support inventory control**, monitoring entries, exits, and related costs; * **Use financial and administrative systems**, such as **Bitz**, **Omnibees**, and **Pagar.me**. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Bonus * Telemedicine * Dental plan * SESC membership Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Financial concepts (Preferred) Work location: On-site
