Support for administrative routines with organization and responsibility **About the Position** More than just receiving clients, we seek a person responsible for handling and resolving client requests for our real estate agency. The role aims to assume responsibility for customer service, tracking each request to completion and delivering an agile and efficient experience for property owners, tenants, and clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and primarily WhatsApp-based customer service; * Take ownership of tracking client requests until resolution; * Issue invoices, statements, and documents via the system; * Perform simple administrative entries; * Redirect requests when necessary, tracking their completion; * Organize information and keep clients continuously updated; * Support the real estate agency’s administrative routines; * Serve as the company’s first point of contact for clients and partners. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Highly proactive and solution-oriented profile; * Organized and responsible; * Ability to work autonomously; * Sense of priority and process tracking; * Ease in providing in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp-based service; * Consultative attitude and focus on problem resolution. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
