As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be a fundamental pillar in supporting our sales team—helping optimize processes and ensuring the best experience for our customers. Your contribution will be essential to our team’s success! **The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:** * Identifying and prospecting new customers, expanding the business opportunity pipeline. * Presenting our products and services clearly and attractively to potential customers. * Maintaining a solid, positive relationship with current customers, continually seeking new sales opportunities. * Preparing and sending commercial proposals, contracts, and addendums. * Providing personalized customer service, clarifying product-related questions and guiding customers throughout the purchasing process. * Preparing quotations, closing sales, and managing post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Contributing to customer acquisition and retention, always aiming to increase loyalty. * Filling out and keeping sales reports and spreadsheets up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of goals and results. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sales, * Experience in customer service, offering solutions and support throughout the purchasing process. * Knowledge of content production and development for internal and external communications. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 17.30 per workday * Grocery basket — awarded based on attendance * Transportation allowance * Pharmacy benefit plan after probation period * Medical clinic benefit plan after probation period * Dental benefit plan after probation period **Salary:** R$ 2,100.00 per month **Who are we?** **Flavored Popcorn** was founded in 1994 with the goal of revolutionizing the popcorn market.
