RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Receive supplies while ensuring product quality and standards; \- Assist in monthly inventory forecasting to guarantee minimum stock levels; \- Verify invoices against received supplies; \- Inspect, sort, organize, count, and store supplies in inventory; \- Assist in distributing items to company units; \- Transport supplies between units; \- Support purchase order and inventory transfer processes; \- Monitor expiration dates and ensure control of minimum and maximum inventory levels; \- Assist in inventory control and replenishment; \- Register received supplies in the system; \- Organize and file documents; \- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment; \- Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts. \- Ensure organization and cleanliness of cold rooms and refrigerators; REQUIREMENTS \- Completed or currently pursuing a high school diploma or undergraduate degree in Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or a similar position within the hospitality industry. \- Proficiency in SAP system. \- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. \- Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule – Saturdays: 4 hours. \- Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B.
