If you are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields, this position is for YOU!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule elective, urgent, and emergency surgeries via the institutional platform (Fin\-X), ensuring organized and accurate information; * Manage and monitor all surgical scheduling requests, ensuring adherence to established workflows and deadlines; * Interact with medical, nursing, and support teams to facilitate patient access to surgical procedures; * Verify and audit the surgical schedule, including analysis of surgical times and optimization of scheduling; * Review the surgical schedule in advance and actively participate in alignment meetings (Bate Mapa); * Provide support and guidance to patients, physicians, and secretaries—including by telephone—regarding scheduling workflows and referrals; * Report any inconsistencies or abnormalities identified to immediate leadership, particularly those related to equipment, operating rooms, or processes; * Perform activities in compliance with institutional standards, routines, and protocols; * Participate in trainings, capacity-building sessions, and updates provided by the institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Prior experience in the healthcare field is desirable; * Experience in surgical scheduling is desirable; * Familiarity with the Tasy system will be considered an advantage; * Flexibility regarding work hours; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork capability. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance \- Pluxee Multibenefits Card (Sodexo); * Transportation Allowance; * UNIMED Health Plan; * Amil Dental Dental Plan, extendable to dependents and affiliates; * Wellhub (Gympass), extendable to dependents; * Tuition Assistance for courses; * Training Platform.
