Part of BTI Comex Group — TLM Equipamentos, a company specializing in the sale of heavy and material handling machinery, is hiring for the position of **Junior SDR**. **Purpose of the role**: To execute the first stage of the sales funnel by qualifying leads and generating opportunities for the sales team, aligned with the specific product line or team to which the candidate is assigned. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active and reactive prospecting; * Qualify leads according to company criteria; * Schedule meetings for sales representatives; * Maintain detailed information in the CRM; * Achieve activity, contact, and opportunity-generation targets; * Research and identify potential customers; * Daily outreach via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Create segmented contact lists; * Track leads until handoff. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school; * Technical Skills: CRM, sales scripts, prospecting techniques; * Behavioral Traits: Persistence, clarity, agility, organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of experience as an SDR. Salary: R$2\.400,00 \+ commission.
