We are strengthening our **Planning and Cost Control** area to make it even more strategic for the business—with greater predictability, governance, and real decision-making support—and we’re looking for a talented professional to join the **Coordination** team. You will be a key player in the **connection among planning, cost management, construction operations, procurement, and executive leadership**, elevating the maturity level of project management.
**Your Responsibilities**
------------------------
* Lead the structuring, validation, and consolidation of construction project plans, ensuring integration among Prevision, Sienge, and field execution realities.
* Ensure project deadlines are met by managing constraints, critical path, and proactively mitigating delay risks.
* Integrate physical progress, budgeted cost consumption, and on-site execution to ensure consistent and reliable comparison between planned and actual performance.
* Analyze and validate cost, schedule, and margin variances, issuing technical assessments on causes, impacts, and risks associated with projects.
* Structure and conduct construction cost closings, ensuring consistency among budgets, contracts, measurements, and physical execution.
* Assess the impact of technical, commercial, and operational decisions on project cost, schedule, and profitability.
* Prepare and consolidate management reports, executive analyses, and dashboards, transforming data into clear inputs for leadership and executive decision-making.
* Define, monitor, and enhance KPIs for cost, schedule, productivity, and efficiency, raising the maturity level of planning and economic control processes.
* Serve as the primary technical reference for planning and cost control within construction teams, supporting strategic decisions and continuous process improvement.
**What We Expect From You**
---------------------------
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Planning and Cost Control;
* At least 3 years of experience leading or coordinating teams;
* Proficiency in Prevision and Sienge planning software;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
* Knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and cash flow;
* Experience in vertical residential construction;
* Experience in the economic segment or MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida) program;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to visit construction sites in Greater Florianópolis and Blumenau.
