Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Logistics Supervisor to lead the team daily, ensuring organization, agility, and discipline in receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping operations. We seek a Logistics Supervisor to directly manage the branch’s daily operational routine, closely overseeing receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping activities—serving as a role model for the team and providing direct support to branch management. Key responsibilities: Supervise and lead the operational team daily (receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping); Assign tasks, guide execution, and ensure adherence to deadlines; Directly manage warehouse organization, slotting, and standardization; Monitor goods verification, invoices, and shipment volumes; Support and supervise inventory counts; Identify operational failures and act promptly to correct them; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations; Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment; Serve as the liaison between the operational team and branch management. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); Prior experience in operational logistics, warehousing, or shipping; Experience leading operational teams; Practical, organized, decisive, and strong communication skills; Willingness to perform hands-on operational duties. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Advantages: Experience in construction materials or distribution centers; Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems; Experience with inventory counts and goods verification. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- Contractor (PJ) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Performance-based bonus Life insurance Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI & CIA LTDA - HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 7:52 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:20 PM to 6:00 PM.
